Northern Reach is a non-for-profit that focuses on rescuing dogs that are homeless, sick, stray or surrendered from remote fly-in communities. The organization is made up of over 100 hardworking volunteers and has rescued over 6000 dogs since their inception in 2014. They also work to reduce dog over-population in these communities by working with spay and neuter clinics and feeding programs. Northern Reach has partnered with other rescues all across Ontario as part of their mission to find a loving home for each dog they rescue.   

Global Pet Foods has been working closley with Nothern Reach Rescue Network for a few years, providing food donations and hosting in-store adoption events. Every year Global Pet Foods does a "Show us your Heart" event where we collect monetary donations within the course of 2 weeks and at the end we present those donations to Northern Reach.

We chose to support this rescue as we believe in their cause and we truly support their mission to rescue dogs in remote locations. Hearing the sad but real stories about some of their rescue efforts has truly touched our hearts and we want to help in any way possible.
